By accessing Ubreak Free, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Additional consent and professional terms may apply to consultations or future payment services.
Purpose of the platform
Ubreak Free is intended to help users access general sexual wellness guidance, review professional profiles, request appointments, and manage eligible care records. The platform does not itself practise medicine. Clinical services are provided by individual qualified professionals, who remain responsible for their professional judgment.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep login details confidential, and notify support if you believe an account has been misused. Do not share another person's information without authority. Professional accounts may be activated only after required verification.
Appointments and prescriptions
An appointment request is not confirmed until confirmation is shown or communicated. A professional may decline, reschedule, recommend an in-person visit, or refer a user elsewhere. Prescriptions may be issued only when the professional considers them clinically appropriate and legally permitted.
Acceptable use
- Do not impersonate another person or professional.
- Do not submit false, abusive, unlawful, or harmful content.
- Do not attempt to bypass security, scrape private data, or disrupt the service.
- Do not use the platform to obtain medicines improperly or for an emergency.
Fees, cancellation, and refunds
When payment features are introduced, the applicable fee and cancellation or refund conditions should be shown before payment. Professional fees and availability may change. The website does not currently collect online payments.
Availability and liability
The service may be changed, interrupted, or withdrawn for maintenance, safety, legal, or operational reasons. To the extent permitted by law, Ubreak Free is not responsible for loss caused by reliance on general information, user-provided inaccuracies, third-party services, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Suspension and changes
Access may be restricted for suspected misuse, security risk, unlawful activity, or breach of these terms. These terms may be updated as the service develops. Continued use after a notified change means the updated terms apply.
